All DrFoxVet.com orders are shipped via UPS Ground. As a convenience to you, our valued customer, once your order has been processed you will receive an email with the UPS shipping/tracking information.

**Please Note: UPS can only deliver to physical street addresses. Therefore we do not allow P.O. Boxes to be entered on the order page.
We strive to ship the same business day we receive your order, pending in-stock status.
Orders received on holidays and weekends will be shipped the next business day.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee your complete satisfaction with a 'no questions asked' return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased from us, just return the unopened product, and we will refund the full cost of the product.
