I would like more information or tell me *where* to locate and read about the catnip and giving them a pinch after its dried...I didn't know it would relax them. I am new to owning a cat. Ours is a spayed 7 months old... and what kind of flower heads (not dried?)... which are safe for them? And which to make TEA? I'm learning...

Also my cat wants to play in the middle of the night. She has plenty of play during the day with our pooches but she still finds an odd hour at night to wake us up. I had kenneled her since and that's been months and I put her kennel in another room. We do have to get a good nights sleep. Its a must... But recently we see she's rubbed the hair off her nose until it is thin and the skin is starting to show pink. So I let her sleep in our room. She is content... until about 3 or 4 am... then it begins. She wakes the dogs and us... how do we find a way to make her happy? IF we let her have her own room and close her off to ours.... she calls LOUD and for hoursss... oh my~ I am doing something wrong and I can't see what it is. She is an indoor cat. We have a cyotoe problem here.
