Sold Gold Health Products for Pets Inc issued a voluntary recall this may, 2012 of one batch of Wolf Cub Large Breed Puppy Food and one batch of Solid Gold Wolf King Large Breed Adult Dog. Both batches carry the Before date of Dec 30, 2012, and an “X” in the 11th digit of the date code. Distributed in Canada and the U.S., these dog foods were co-manufactured at Diamond’s facility that was linked to the Salmonella contamination and Diamond’s extensive recall of dog and cat foods.
